About me

bristowI work at Experian as Program Director. I’m continuing to focus on helping organisations work with lean and adaptive principles and practices for portfolio management. I’m all about agile and lean coaching and I’m playing a big role in the company’s ongoing agile transition.

Prior to Experian, I’ve had leadership roles at MYOB, SEEK, Aconex and Goldman Sachs.

I’m heavily involved in the lean/agile community and I’m a regular contributor and host for agile events around Melbourne. Most recently,  I hosted a workshop at Spark the Change 2015 on self-selecting teams. I’ve been speaking regularly at Agile Australia since 2009, most notably as part of a plenary panel discussion entitled ‘Agile: Looking Back, Looking Forward‘.

Other times I do pro bono web development for StreetSmart Australia and lean/agile coaching, including time at World Vision Australia. I recently featured in some videos (here and here) to help promote volunteering for Seek Volunteer.

I’m husband to Bron and father to Tom and Harry.

If I’m not on my pushie, I’ll be out and about on my Vespa PX200e – if you’re in Melbourne, Australia and you see a red one with lots of blue smoke coming out of it, that’s me.
